Fulfillment & Refund Policy

This policy describes how Revenue Arc Corporation ("Revenue Arc") delivers its products and services, and our billing, cancellation, and refund terms. It supplements our Terms of Service and any signed agreement or order form, which control in the event of a conflict.

1. What we provide

Revenue Arc delivers digital products and professional services — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Our offerings include:

  • Software products — access to platforms such as ArcPlanner, ArcForesight, ArcOps, and ArcBilling, provided as software-as-a-service;
  • Managed & media services — white-label media planning, buying, optimization, and reporting;
  • Development services — custom software, AI, and automation engagements.

2. Delivery & access

  • Software access is provisioned electronically. Self-serve accounts are typically activated immediately or within one business day of sign-up and payment. Access details are delivered to the email associated with your account.
  • Managed media and development engagements begin according to the timeline in your order form or statement of work, following onboarding.
  • If you don't receive access when expected, email contact@revenuearc.comand we'll resolve it promptly.

3. Pricing & billing

  • Prices and billing terms are presented at purchase or in your order form, in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Media spend and pay-as-you-go usage are billed as incurred.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party processors, including Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Managed and development engagements may be cancelled in accordance with the notice terms in the applicable order form.

5. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for periods already started, but you keep access through the end of the paid period after cancelling.
  • Media spend already committed to or delivered through advertising platforms is non-refundable, as those funds are paid to third parties.
  • Services are billed for work performed; refunds for unstarted work are handled per your order form.
  • If you believe you were billed in error or there's a problem with something we delivered, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you in good faith to make it right.
